Patients, visitors and team members are welcomed into a bright, spacious, and luxurious reception area, featuring Banning’s signature reception desk, comfortable and private seating, a refreshments counter, retail display, Invisalign booth, wide-screen B&G TV and high-speed WiFi. The design creates a calm, hotel-like atmosphere that helps patients feel relaxed and reassured from the moment they arrive.

The ground floor clinical space houses three state-of-the-art surgeries, a dedicated facial aesthetics suite, a showcase decontamination room, an OPG imaging room, a Treatment Coordinator’s office and restrooms for staff and visitors. Each space has been designed with efficiency, ergonomics, and patient comfort in mind, enabling seamless care in a premium setting.

On the first floor, staff benefit from a large and well-appointed staff room with a fully equipped kitchen, changing facilities and a staff rest room. These spaces encourage collaboration, relaxation and work-life balance, making Blackfriars an attractive place to work as well as to receive care.

The first floor also houses the Banning Dental Lab, complete with specialist rooms for precision work, alongside part of the multi-purpose room, which doubles as the headquarters for our Banning Business Development and 2U Dental teams.
