Banning Floss & Gloss Christmas Party 2026

This Christmas, Banning Dental Group is going BIG AND 5*

On 28 November 2026, more than 260 members of the Banning family will come together for what promises to be our most spectacular Floss & Gloss Christmas Party yet — and we couldn’t have chosen a more incredible setting.

This year, we’re taking over the fabulous art’otel London Battersea Power Station, right in the heart of one of London’s most exciting new neighbourhoods. With its bold, colourful interiors, art-led design and spectacular views across the city, it is quite simply the perfect backdrop for a Banning celebration.

18 clinics. One incredible Banning team.

2026 has been another huge year for Banning Dental Group.

With hundreds of talented people working across 18 clinics with Kensington, Maidenhead and Birmingham coming on line soon' , there is an enormous amount to celebrate. And while our clinics may be spread across different locations, Floss & Gloss is our opportunity to bring everyone together under one roof.

This party is all about recognising the people who make Banning what it is.

Our dentists, nurses, hygienists, therapists, reception teams, practice managers, treatment coordinators, support teams and everyone behind the scenes — this is your night.

And after another year of working hard, growing together and delivering exceptional care to our patients, we think you deserve one hell of a party.

Welcome to art' otel, London BatterseA Power Station

Our venue for 2026 is a little bit special.

Located beside the iconic Battersea Power Station, art' otel London Battersea Power Station is a five-star, design-led hotel created around art, creativity and unforgettable experiences. In other words… it’s very Banning.

It’s bold. It’s colourful. It’s glamorous. And it’s definitely not your average Christmas party venue.

Prepare for an unforgettable night

With more than 260 guests joining us, we’re pulling out all the stops.

Expect sumptuous food, amazing cocktails and plenty of opportunities to raise a glass to another fantastic year at Banning.

And then there’s the entertainment…

So, whether your idea of Christmas-party perfection is enjoying incredible food and cocktails with colleagues, getting involved in the entertainment or being the first person on the dance floor and the last one off it — there will be something for everyone.

And, of course… the awards

No Floss & Gloss would be complete without celebrating some of the incredible individuals and teams who make Banning so special.

Our 2026 award categories will be announced soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

Who will be taking home the trophies this year?

Which teams will be celebrating?

And, most importantly, who will be delivering the acceptance speech that nobody saw coming?

You’ll have to wait and see…
