Banning Dental Group Floss & Gloss Awards 2025

The Floss & Gloss Awards2025 marked another exceptional year for Banning Dental Group- a year defined by growth, collaboration, and outstanding achievement across the organisation.

We proudly celebrated the successful launch of three brand-new clinics in Crawley, Tower Hill, andCroydon, alongside the continued success of our Wembley and Tower Hill JointVenture Partnerships.

The awards evening was hosted at the iconic Bōkan Bar, located on the 36th floor of the Novotel at Canary Wharf, offering breathtaking views of London’s skyline. The event welcomed 130 team members, 40 sponsors, and guests from 13 supplier and sponsor partners, all coming together to recognise excellence across the Group.

Guests enjoyed a vibrant awards ceremony, complimentary cocktails, and a curated buffet, complemented by spectacular live entertainment throughout the evening, including glitter-ball dancers, drummers, carnival performers, and a show-stopping vodka luge. Music for the night was provided by DJ Steve Heldt, keeping the celebration alive well into the evening.

• Practice Manager of the Year - Patrycja Binkowska
• Remote Team Manager of the Year- Nia Nichols
• Skin Clinician of the Year - Naz Maolod
• Treatment Co-ordinator of the Year - Katie Spacilova
• Employee of the Year - Joana Freitas

The evening was hosted byLaurence Hale, Business Development Director, with support from Amy Cuckoo(Marketing Director), Vishal Mittoo (Operations Director), Andrew Elnazir (JVP and Clinical Lead), Paolo Cicero (Associate Director), Hamid Haghz are(Laboratory Manager), Suzie Lovick (Operations Manager), Sneha Dahal (Therapist), Naj Elmardi (Assistant Manager), Gemma Sutton (Remote Team Manager), and Andreea Gavrila (Regional Head Nurse).

One lucky winner, Sabina, also received a weekend trip for two to New York as part of the awards prize draw.
