Wembley Park – A Flagship Joint Venture Success

Situated in a landmark location within Wembley Park’s vibrant mixed-use development — encompassing residential, retail and commercial space and just moments from Wembley Stadium — Banning Wembley Park has rapidly established itself as a standout practice.

The clinic is led by Andrew Elzinir, Banning GroupClinical Lead and our very first Joint Venture Partner. Andrew had been an associate with Banning for over two years before becoming a JVP, giving him deep insight into the group’s operational model and clinical standards.

The results speak for themselves. Wembley Park’s success has been so significant that Andrew is now:

  • Launching his second Banning Joint Venture Partnership in Woking, and
  • Actively working with our property team to identify a third location

The clinic is led by Dooroo Ihm, Clinical Lead andBanning Joint Venture Partner. Prior to stepping into partnership, Dooroo spent two years as a Banning associate, working across our Blackfriars and LeightonBuzzard clinics — experience that provided a strong foundation for ownership.

Since launching in April 2025, Tower Hill has surpassed all expectations. Just six months post-launch, the clinic has delivered exceptional growth acceleration, driven by Banning’s highly effective practice marketing programme, led by Marketing Director Amy Cuckoo.
